August 31, 2008: 26 days old

I don't have any photos from the 29th and 30th. Eric's Mom (Grandma Kathi) came to visit on the 29th and Eric took some pictures of her in the airport with his cell phone, so those will show up eventually.

On the 31st we took a tour around the city.

We started out with a delicious breakfast at home.












We then went up to Grandview Park to get a view of the city. It was a beautiful clear day and not hot at all in the shade.



























After the park we went to the Church Brew Works for lunch where Silas slept soundly for the entire meal.


















Later that night, Eric again worked his magic at getting Guthrie used to Silas.
