March 16, 2009: 7 months 11 days old

Silas got to visit with his Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Randall in Valparaiso before we headed back to Pittsburgh. Again, all the roadtrip pics are on our flickr site here.

November 2, 2008: 12 weeks 5 days old

Sunday was a whirlwind family tour. We went back and paid one more visit with Great Grandma Randall.


Then it was back to Grandma Kathi's house to pack up.


Then we stopped in Knox, Indiana to visit with Great Grandma Helton...


...and Great Grandpa Helton.


Then we drove back to Pittsburgh. We got home around 12:30 am. If your interested in more pictures from our visit, I uploaded them to our flickr site here... and I'm sure Eric will add more interesting photos and commentary on his blog soon. So, don't forget to check there too!

November 1, 2008: 12 weeks 4 days old

On Saturday we went to the nursing home where Great Grandma Randall is currently staying. Nobody told her we were coming, so it was a great surprise. She was so incredibly excited to see Silas. It was wonderful. Here are a couple of pics from the visit.




After the visit we went back to Grandma Kathi's house for dinner. Great Grandpa Randall got to hold Silas for a little bit.


Great Aunt Bobbi happened to be in town from Fort Wayne, so she got to meet Silas too.


Daisy also wanted to meet Silas.
